JLL has been selected by Nashville-based Excelsior Capital to manage the leasing efforts for two Kansas City-area office properties.
Westbrook III, a two-story 98,500-square-foot Class-A office property at 8050 Marshall Drive in Lenexa, Kansas, and Corporate Ridge I, a three-story, 88,050-square-foot Class-A office property at 18103 W 106th St. in Olathe, Kansas, were both acquired by Excelsior Capital this year.
JLL Capital Markets represented the seller when Excelsior purchased the office properties.
JLL’s RJ Trowbridge will now exclusively lead the marketing and leasing efforts for Westbrook III and Corporate Ridge I.
