A real estate professional with 30 years of experience in the commercial industrial sector, Chris Hickok has been promoted to managing director of the Minneapolis JLL office.
Hickok’s experience includes new development, dispositions, investment sales and site selection. As a leader in his community, Hickok has been recognized for several awards, including Industrial Transaction of the Year, Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal “Best in Real Estate,” CoStar Industrial Listing Power Broker and one of the Top 500 Influential Business People in Minnesota.
When asked about a favorite project, Hickok pointed to the disposition of the 200-acre/650,000-square-foot Delta headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota. This site will eventually be the home of the state-of-the-art headquarters and training facility for the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings.
