JLL has added Rick Ashton and Jeff Dreher to its Louisville office. Dreher and Ashton will each serve as a vice president on the office team. The duo joins JLL from Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Kentucky.
With expertise in agency leasing and tenant representation, Ashton and Dreher bring more than 45 years of combined commercial real estate success in metro-Louisville and Kentucky markets to JLL. Over the last two years, Ashton and Dreher have both been named to the Midwest Real Estate News Magazine Hall of Fame.
Ashton’s experience includes office sales and leasing, tenant representation, and healthcare properties. He is a thought-leader in Louisville as an active writer, speaker and panelist. Ashton is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with skills in financial and market analysis.
Dreher brings experience in office brokerage and consulting, and is known for systematically exceeding client expectations. His clients include owners and users of office space such as landlords, law firms, financial service firms, healthcare companies, and other commercial office users. Dreher holds the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation, and is a frequent contributor to its magazine, The SIOR Report.
