Jodi Wiemerslage of of the Southeast Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction has been elected as the Midwest Region Director of the association.
The Midwest region of the association covers Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri and Kansas.
Wiemerslage is project manager with Hunt Electric Corporation.
Wiemerslage joined the National Association of Women in Construction in July of 2013. Since this time, she has served as chapter president and chapter treasurer. She has also chaired committees for the local chapter, including STEAM, WIC Week, PR/Marketing & Membership and Block Kids.
For the last two years, Wiemerslage has served as the Midwest Region PR/Marketing Chair.
