David Holt has joined Holladay Properties as senior vice president of development and community affairs in its Indianapolis office.
Holt comes to Holladay from Conexus Indiana where he served as vice president of operations and business development.
Holt will be responsible for the development of World Connect @ IND, 300 acres of airport-owned land at the Indianapolis International Airport. He will also handle the development on other projects throughout the state of Indiana, including NorthPoint, a 300-acre business park in Westfield, Indiana.
During his time at Conexus Indiana, Holt developed, recruited and led the formation of the Conexus Indiana Logistics Council, a forum of logistics executives throughout the state of Indiana.
