Hunt Midwest is forging ahead with plans to build The Capstone at Station Camp, a two-story, 76,000-square-foot senior living community in Gallatin, Tennessee. The developer completed acquisition earlier this month of the 6-acre site at the southeast corner of Nashville Pike and Cages Bend Road and will initiate site work in the coming weeks.
Designed to complement the aesthetic of the surrounding neighborhood, The Capstone at Station Camp will incorporate building materials and architectural elements commonly used throughout the area including red brick and neutrally colored stucco, outdoor terraces and balconies, gardens bordered by brick columns and wrought iron fencing and ample windows to allow natural light.
The Capstone at Station Camp will accommodate up to 114 residents and offer 88 spacious and reasonably priced studio, one- and two-bedroom suites. Residents will benefit from assisted living and memory care services along with a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces designed to promote an engaging, social lifestyle. Amenities will include a great room, formal dining room, fitness center, bistro lounge, sunroom, walking trails, gazebo and dog park.
The Capstone at Station Camp will have all the hallmarks of ISL communities, including engaging and stimulating programs for its residents, such as its Elevate dining and Vibrant LifeĀ® offerings. The community will attract associates with a passion for personalized care.
Completion of The Capstone at Station Camp is anticipated in August 2020. Hunt Midwest has selected Pi Architects to lead the overall design of the community, Civil Site Design Group to perform land planning and civil engineering and Hardaway Construction as general contractor for the project. Hunt Midwest collaborated with ISL Ventures, a division of ISL, and Leading Light Development and Construction Consulting for site selection.
