Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. recently closed the refinancing of 300 North Meridian, a 336,374-square-foot, Class-A office tower in Indianapolis.
The HFF team worked on behalf of the borrower, REI Real Estate Services LLC, to place the fixed-rate loan with Nationwide Real Estate Investments. HFF will service the loan, proceeds of which will be used to pay off existing debt and provide capital for a major tenant’s improvement plan and lobby renovations.
Developed by the borrower in 1987, the 27-story tower is 82-percent leased to a group of national and regional banks, law firms, consultants and the borrower.
The building features nine-foot ceilings, views of downtown Indianapolis and University Park and on-site parking. The property is located on Meridian Street, one of the most desirable addresses in Indianapolis, and two blocks north of Monument Circle, the heart of downtown Indianapolis.
The HFF debt placement team representing the borrower included senior managing director David Keller, senior director Ken Martin and analyst Nelson Almond.
