Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) facilitated the sale of a two-building, fully leased industrial portfolio totaling 180,766 square feet in Lake County, one of Chicago’s historically strongest-performing submarkets. The HFF team marketed the property for the seller. Exeter Property Group purchased the portfolio.
The portfolio comprises two properties located in Covington Corporate Center at 951 and 1001-1011 Commerce Court in Buffalo Grove, a Chicago-area suburb. The assets are in the epicenter of Lake County, which is home to numerous corporate headquarters and a highly skilled labor force.
951 Commerce Court is a 95,810-square-foot, single-tenant building fully leased to Veritas Document Solutions, an R.R. Donnelley Company. The second building in the portfolio is a complimentary multi-tenant 84,956-square-foot building located at 1001-1011 Commerce Court. The multi-tenant property is fully leased to five tenants, including Sears, Midwest Sealing Products and Perfect Power.
The HFF investment advisory team representing the seller was led by senior directors Robin Stolberg and Kurt Sarbaugh along with analyst Sam Berry.
