John Kuiper, executive vice president of Colliers International|West Michigan in Grand Rapids Michigan, was inducted into the 2018 Colliers International Everest Club for his performance in the region’s industrial sector, Colliers announced today.
“It is an honor to be recognized by Colliers International as a top performing broker in the United States,” Kuiper said in a statement. “This recognition reflects the quality of our local and national teams and our commitment to finding creative solutions for our clients, locally, regionally and nationally.”
The Everest Club recognizes the top 10 percent of Colliers professionals in brokerage, valuation and corporate solutions in the United States based on revenue production.
Kuiper was involved in more than $115 million in transactions in 2018. Some of his noteworthy transactions included Van Wyk Risk Solutions’ 10-year lease at 150 Ottawa Ave. NW, the sale of 3787 Patterson Ave. SE and the sale of 92.33 acres in Gaines Township. Kuiper was also recently recognized at the 2019 Commercial Alliance of Realtors Awards for the largest office lease, largest industrial sale and largest land sale awards.
Kuiper has been inducted into the Everest Club for six of the past seven years.
Kuiper is a top producer in the Grand Rapids and West Michigan markets. He is a member of and participates in CAR, MAR, NAR, SIOR and CCIM. Kuiper has closed more than $1 billion in transactions to date, representing more than 20,000,000 square feet.
