Essex Realty Group, Inc. announced the hiring of two new team members, Derek Kaptanoglu and Anthony Citriglia. Both will focus on multifamily transactions in the suburban market, supporting the group led by Brian Kochendorfer, managing director for Essex Realty Group.
Kaptanoglu is originally from the San Francisco Bay area and came to Essex from Starboard Commercial Real Estate. During his tenure there, Kaptanoglu primarily represented a variety of local and nation clients in the leasing of retail and office space.
Citriglia most recently worked at @Properties Commercial where he specialized across multiple asset classes including multifamily, retail and hospitality.
