Dana White joins McDonald Hopkins’ real estate practice

Dana White has joined McDonald Hopkins LLP in Detroit and Chicago as a member in the firm’s business law department and real estate practice.

“We are excited to welcome Dana to McDonald Hopkins. She brings nearly 10 years of real estate experience, most recently as a partner with Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella in Chicago,” said James Stief, chair of McDonald Hopkins’ business law department and a member of the firm’s board of directors and executive committee.

White represents developers and investors in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures and zoning and municipal law matters. She is also experienced in leasing and advising clients in connection with tax incentive programs, including historic tax credit transactions.

White earned her J.D. at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She has a B.A. in english from the University of Indiana.
