Cushman & Wakefield names Greg Schementi as president, Americas tenant rep

Cushman & Wakefield announced that veteran commercial real estate industry leader Greg Schementi has been appointed to the newly created position of president, Americas tenant representation.

Schementi has held a variety of leadership roles during his 15-year career with Cushman & Wakefield. For the last several years, he led the firm’s portfolio solutions practice, working with large clients with complex real estate needs across multiple markets. Prior to that, he led the brokerage platform and business development for two of Cushman & Wakefield’s predecessor firms. Schementi began his career as a supply chain consultant. He is a graduate of Villanova University and USC’s Marshall School of Business and now resides in the Chicago area.
