Cushman & Wakefield has hired Chad Galayda, an experienced commercial real estate executive, to join its growing Portfolio Solutions team in the company’s Detroit office.
Galayda will work closely with the firm’s tenant representation professionals to develop customized solutions for occupier clients, both for portfolios and large strategic transactions.
While most recently a Principal with Avison Young, Galayda is returning to Cushman & Wakefield, having spent five years at the firm from 2011 to 2016. During that time he rose to Director of Brokerage Operations in Chicago, responsible for growth, strategic planning, talent acquisition and talent development.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield and throughout his career, Galayda has focused on industrial and office tenant representation, account management and business development across multiple markets.
