The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of Mansfield Plaza, a Save-A-Lot grocery-anchored center in Mansfield, Ohio. The center also includes a Family Dollar and AutoZone ground lease.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the seller, a private investment group based in California. An Ohio investor purchased the asset for $2.325 million, representing a 7.88 percent CAP Rate and nearly 98 percent of list price.
