Conor Commercial Real Estate hires new development analyst

Conor Commercial Real Estate has hired Grady Capobianco as the firm’s development analyst. In his new role, Capobianco will be responsible for assisting with identifying and securing new speculative and build-to-suit development opportunities for the firm’s Chicagoland office. He will also support the oversight of existing assets and work alongside project team members to offer assistance with all aspects of development undertaking.

Capobianco is a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin where he received his masters of business administration. Prior to that, he received his bachelor of arts degree in political science and government from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.
