Six new retailers have joined Shops at CenterPoint in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Colliers International|West Michigan announced today that T-Mobile, MOD Pizza, Lands’ End, Carhartt, Vitality Bowls and European Wax Center have signed leases at the center.
“Retailers desire to be at the corner of ‘Main and Main,’ which is what makes the Shops at CenterPoint a highly sought-after location for businesses and community members looking for a well-curated, relevant shopping experience,” said Greg Guido, co-managing member of Stonemar Properties, LLC, which owns Shops at CenterPoint.
Shops at CenterPoint is a 575,000-square-foot shopping center located at the corner of East Beltline and 28th Street in Grand Rapids. It features major retailers such as T.J.Maxx, Home Goods, Sierra Trading Post, Nordstrom Rack, Ulta, DSW and Planet Fitness.
Mark Ansara and Earl Clements with Colliers International handles leasing for the retail property. Shops at CenterPoint is now 93 percent occupied with more 3,370 to 5,400 square feet of inline space available. It also has additional business opportunities, including developable land and up to 30,000 square feet that could be created near its Planet Fitness location.
