CBRE facilitated the sale of the Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP building at 366 E. Broad St. in downtown Columbus, Ohio. David Hartsook, first vice president with CBRE, managed the sale of the property.
Todd Schiff, senior vice president with the Robert Weiler Company, represented the buyer, 366 E. Broad LLC.
The new owners plans to renovate the current building and use it for office space.
The historic three-story structure was built in 1926 and designed by the architecture firm of Richards, McCarty and Bulford. The Ohio State Life Insurance Company originally owned the building before selling it to a local leasing company.
