CBRE has named Jason Sparks as business development director for the project management (PJM) advisory business in Chicago. In this new role, Sparks will focus on sourcing, developing and closing third-party project management business opportunities within the greater Chicago area.
Sparks has 22 years of industry experience and is a licensed professional engineer. In previous roles, he spearheaded strategic expansion and growth plans and developed beneficial relationships with prospective client representatives.

Sparks is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a BS in civil engineering, and DePaul University, where he earned his MBA.
