Caton Commercial Real Estate Group hires three commercial brokers

Caton Commercial Real Estate Group has hired three commercial brokers to serve the needs of its growing team in the Chicago region. Rich Bowden and Eddie Palacios joined the team as commercial brokers; Sandra True was hired as an associate broker.

“We’re continuing to expand to serve a wider client base and these new team members bring valuable experience that will help us meet our clients’ evolving needs,” says Bill Caton, CIPS, owner and managing broker of Caton Commercial Real Estate Group. The company is based in Naperville, Illinois and has an office in Chicago.

Bowden has more than 20 years of sales, marketing and general business experience, with the last five years focused on retail leasing and marketing throughout the Chicago market. He most recently served as a broker for LM Commercial Real Estate in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. A former radio broadcaster, Bowden is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He received a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.

Palacios brings more than 19 years of experience to Caton Commercial and was previously a retail broker with Edgemark LLC in Oak Brook, Illinois. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation and shopping center sales and acquisitions. Among his clients are Dunkin’ Donuts, Shinto and Cilantro. Palacios is a member of ICSC and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR). He is completing a bachelor of fine arts in history degree from DePaul University.

True has extensive experience as a telecommunications systems engineer. She will be assisting senior vice president Brian Blackmore, CIP, with property sales, site selection for retail clients and land development assignments. She received a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Northern Illinois University.
