Bruce Hopple joins Avison Young in Chicago

Avison Young announced the strategic hiring of highly regarded commercial real estate industry veteran Bruce Hopple as a senior vice president in Avison Young’s Chicago office. He will join the tenant representation team, focusing on new business development and transaction advisory services for professional service firms, not-for-profits and local and national corporations.

With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Hopple is an expert in financial and market analysis, lease negotiations and commercial real estate trends. Hopple was most recently a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago.

A consistent top producer, Hopple has represented such notable clients as the American Board of Medical Specialties, the Chicago Stock Exchange, CPG International (now the AZEK Company), Gibbs & Soell, Landrum and Brown, Leadership Greater Chicago, the March of Dimes, the Posse Foundation, SKF USA, Wonderlic, Inc., Woolpert, Inc. and Zurich Insurance.
