BMO Harris Bank names new managing director

BMO Harris Bank has been promoted Kim Liautaud to the position of managing director and head of U.S. Commercial Real Estate, BMO Harris Bank. She replaces John Petrovski, who is staying on with BMO in an advisory capacity.

“Kim’s strategic thinking, collaborative approach and intense focus on providing a great customer experience make her the ideal leader for this role,” said Ray Whitacre, head of U.S. Diversified Industries, BMO Harris Bank, in a written statement. “She has tremendous knowledge of structured real estate finance across all property types, knowledge complemented by her exceptional communication skills, and strong management experience.”

Prior to this role, Liautaud led the largest business segment within BMO Harris Bank’s commercial real estate team. She has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, the last five of which have been with BMO.
