Avison Young completed the sale of a 93,903-square-foot medical office building on behalf of ownership group, Franklin Partners, according to a statement from Avison Young.
The Carriage Point Medical Complex, located at 101 Waukegan Avenue, in Lake Bluff, Illinois and is fully leased to several regional health care providers.
Avison Young principals Erik Foster and Mike Wilson, who are both members of the firm’s National Healthcare Captial Markets Group, worked with another Avison Young principal Tim Henry to market the asset. The team represented the seller Franklin Partners and the buyer was a Chicago-based developer and owner, J. Emil Anderson & Sons.
The building is anchored by Fresenius Medical Care, a dialysis providers. Fresenius Medical occupies 60,963-square-feet and has completed extensive renovations that create a mission critical location for the group on the North Shore.
