Chad Hamrick has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Aspire Realty Services in Columbus, Ohio, as senior vice president.
Hamrick brings 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to his new position.
Hamrick is a graduate of Ohio State University. He began his career in real estate with R.J. Solove & Associates and most recently real estate company CASTO as Leasing Director. He was responsible for maximizing asset value through company-owned and third-party leasing and sales for a portfolio that includes more than 90 million square feet.
