CBRE provides financing for three-property apartment potfolio in Indianapolis market

CBRE Group recently closed a three-property multifamily portfolio in Indianapolis. Dan Gable and Jason Brown from CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team worked with Starwood Mortgage Capital on behalf of the Michael James and James Management Group in the transaction.

Each of the three deals have 10-year terms with 30-year amortization.

The properties involved in the deal are:

South Haven Village at 1542 Citrin Place in Indianapolis, Georgetown South at 1855 Shoshone Drive in Lafayette and Village Square Apartments at 100 Tonto Trail in Lafayette.
