Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Dells Island Resort & Conference Center, a 228-room hospitality property in Wisconsin Dells, Wis.

The property sold for $1.2 million.

Jon Ruzicka, Gordon Allred and Chris Gomes had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a bank/financial institution. Ruzicka and Allred also represented the buyer, a limited liability company. Matthew Fitzgerald, regional manager and broker of Marcus & Millichap's Milwaukee office, helped close the transaction.
