Plunkett Raysich Architects designed a 24-unit memory care community-based residential facility addition for LindenGrove's campus in New Berlin, Wis. The addition consists of two 12-unit households, each featuring a kitchen, living and dining space and den.

The second addition expanded LindenGrove's skilled nursing facility in Mukwonago, Wis., adding a 15-unit short-term rehabilitation unit to the campus' existing 50-unit assited-living facility and 24-bed Alzheimer's facility.
