Alexander Olen has joined Morgan/Harbour Construction as preconstruction manager.
Olen, a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Green Associate (LEED GA) and ASQ Certificated Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) brings more than 25 years of extensive experience in preconstruction and construction project management to his new role with Morgan/Harbour. He will work closely with the firm’s clients and the project team through the decision, planning, and buyout phases of the project with the aim of assisting each client in project pursuits.

Prior to joining Morgan/Harbour, Olen was a senior estimator with both Principle Construction and Blinderman Construction. He also taught college courses in construction management as adjunct faculty at Westwood College/River Oaks Campus in Calumet City, Illinois. Olen is a graduate of the Civil Engineering Institute (currently State Academy of Construction and Architecture) in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine with a M.S. degree in construction management and structural engineering.
