Schaumburg-based Crossroads Partners has launched a new full-service real estate firm, targeting local, national and international clients. Formerly known as property management company SVN Crossroads, the new firm will offer expanded services, such as leasing and investment brokerage, and deliver corporate real estate solutions for large, global users.
“This is a very exciting time for our team and we are well-positioned to make a bigger push in the Chicago market,” said Michael Nortman, principal, who will continue to lead Crossroads Partners. “As we continue to expand and approach five million square feet under management, this move is a natural progression to better serve our clients and partners.”
Heading up the firm’s new leasing and brokerage services will be Zachary Fox, who will join Crossroads Partners as a senior vice president. Fox has nearly 10 years of agency leasing experience with Transwestern’s suburban Chicago office and has been involved in acquiring new leasing assignments totaling more than two million square feet.
“To add a professional of Zachary’s caliber to Crossroads Partners will instantly establish our new leasing and brokerage services,” said Nortman. “With his experience and contacts, we will have a seamless transition into this market.”
The synergy between the brokerage services and established divisions of Crossroads Partners will also pay dividends as the firm looks to expand in the Chicago area and beyond, said Kirsten Bowersox, chief operating officer for Crossroads Partners.
“We experienced incredible growth in 2014, surpassing three million square feet to our property management portfolio and significantly increasing our presence in the market,” says Bowersox. “By offering new leasing and brokerage services in-house, we will see more opportunities for our property management division to grow as we will be able to offer our clients a much larger platform of turnkey services, including facilities management, property condition reports and repositioning assets.”
