Jones Lang LaSalle has been retained by MetLife on an exclusive basis to lease and manage PNC Centre at One North Franklin, a 36-story, 617,000-square-foot office tower in Chicago’s West Loop that the insurance company recently acquired.
The Class A building, which was acquired by MetLife from Tishman Speyer, is currently 90 percent leased with 63,000 total square feet available (including 28,500 contiguous square feet).
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Nikki Kern and Gary Kostecki will lead the leasing efforts for the property. The Jones Lang LaSalle property management team will be overseen by General Manager Charlie Andersen under the direction of Stephen Zsigray Jr., Midwest regional managing director of property management.
Built in 1991, PNC Center at One North Franklin was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and is known for its granite, glass and stone design and for its host of amenities.
