Teamwork has made all the difference to Paul Hilton and Mike Hanrahan, managing directors and principals with the St. Louis office of Cassidy Turley. The Hilton/Hanrahan team ranks as one of the strongest investment sales teams in the central United States, having completed more than $4 billion in investment sales in a seven-state region.
That is an impressive total. So it’s no surprise that the Hilton/Hanrahan team has provided representation to some of the biggest names in the commercial real estate industry.
A look at the team’s completed transactions illustrates just how successful Hilton and Hanrahan have been during their long real estate careers.
The Hilton/Hanrahan team closed the sale of the 586,238-square-foot Creve Coeur Center in St. Louis for $90.6 million and the 703,000-square-foot Westport Plaza in the city for $84.5 million.
And that’s just the start of the team’s successes. The team closed the sale of the 577,818-square-foot Pierre Laclede Center in St. Louis for $75 million and the St. Louis industrial portfolio of Duke Realty Corporation, 864,540 square feet that sold for $65 million.
Combined, Hilton and Hanrahan boast more than 46 years of commercial real estate experience.
With more than 26 years of institutional real estate experience, Hilton has been an investment sales broker at Cassidy Turley and its predecessor firm since 1994. Before joining Cassidy Turley, he was an asset manager at the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, where his responsibilities included coordinating leasing, management and dispositions of more than 3 million square feet of property.
Hanrahan has more than 22 years of institutional real estate experience and has worked as an investment sales broker at Cassidy Turley and its predecessor firm for more than 10 years. Before this, Hanrahan worked in asset management and acquisitions for Prudential Real Estate Investors and in acquisitions and lending for Cohen Financial.
Not surprisingly, the pair has earned several industry honors during their careers. Hilton has consistently ranked as one of Cassidy Turley’s top producers in St. Louis. He was also named a Heavy Hitter in Real Estate by the St. Louis Business Journal.
Hanrahan also has routinely ranked as a top producer in Cassidy Turley’s St. Louis office. He’s also been a member of the Cassidy Turley Dorsey Circle of Excellence.
