McShane Construction finishes 316-unit apartment complex in Iowa

McShane Construction recently completed the 316-unit Springs at Bettendorf apartment complex in Bettendorf, Iowa, for developer Continental Properties, Inc.
The multi-family project is located on an 18-acre site.
The 15-building 357,000-square-foot complex is made up of two-story buildings and features a wood-plank-siding exterior and shingle roofs.
