Kansas City office of CBRE adds two to its project management staff

The Kansas City office of CBRE recently added two new staffers to its roster.
Erin Merrill has been hired as a project manager on the company’s Kansas City Local Market Area Project Management team.
Before joining CBRE, Merrill spent more than seven years with J.E. Dunn Construction Company. During this time, she was responsible for project oversight on a range of projects valued at up to $100 million.
Brian Kutter has also joined the same team as a project manager. Before joining CBRE, Kutter worked with Centrix Projects, a commercial construction company in Kansas City. He also
