Marcus & Millichap helps close sale of 9,000-square-foot pub and restaurant in Wisconsin

Marcus & Millichap of Milwaukee recently represented a private client in the sale of the 9,000-square-foot Milwaukee Ale House in Grafton, Wis.

Jeff Rowlett and Jason Ladner of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor. The sales price came in at $1.6 million.
