Chicago’s HSA PrimeCare recently purchased the four-story 86,125-square-foot Michigan Orthopedic Center in Ypsilanti, Mich.

St. Joseph Mercy Health System anchors the facility. HSA PrimeCare purchased the property from Michigan Orthopedic Center Properties, partnering with Boler Properties to do so.

St. Joseph Mercy Health System occupies about 25 percent of the building’s leasable square feet. Orthopedic specialists fill the rest of the space.

Lee Asher, first vice president with CBRE, represented the seller in this transaction.
