Marcus & Millichap sells 28-unit apartment building

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has sold 8321 S. King Drive, a 28-unit apartment property located in Chicago. The asset commanded a sales price of $700,000.

Ryan Engle and Anthony Hardy, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual/personal trust. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Engle and Hardy.

8321 S. King Drive sold in 19 days from the commencement of marketing. The property consists of five studio/one-bathroom units, 10 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 13 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units.
