Signature Associates closes 21,000-square-foot industrial lease in Michigan

Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the lease of 21,500 square feet of industrial space in Wixom, Mich., to R2 Energy, Inc.

Jim Montgomery and David Giltner of Signature Associates represented the landlord, International Wixom, LLC. This company has been a Signature client for more than 10 years.
