Vice president with Iowa’s Terrus Real Estate Group earns CCIM designation

Thomas “TJ” Jacobs, vice president of Des Moines-based Terrus Real Estate Group, has earned the CCIM designation.

Jacobs joined Terrus in 2005.

Commercial real estate professionals earn this designation after completing more than 160 hours of education. They cover topics such as ethics, interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis and investment analysis.
