Goodman Real Estate Services brings Rural King store to Ohio community

Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC of Cleveland recently represented buyer Rural King in the sale of 68,907 square feet of retail space located at 1879 Deerfield Road in Lebanon, Ohio, in a former Walmart building on 10.32 acres.

Bobby Benjamin, associate broker of Goodman Real Estate Services Group, is currently working on assignments for Rural King in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Rural King is an Illinois-based “farm and home store,” offering products such as livestock feed, farm equipment, agricultural parts, lawn mowers, workwear, tools, housewares and toys, with more than 55 stores across the Midwest.
