Columbus office of CBRE takes part in 15 of the 25 largest office lease transactions in central Ohio

The Columbus, Ohio, office of CBRE was involved in 15 of the 25 largest office lease transactions in Central Ohio from January through September of this year.

CBRE Columbus released this information on Oct. 25, after first analyzing the research conducted by the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange, CoStar and CBRE Columbus’ research division.

Of the 25 largest office lease transactions in the central portion of the state, CBRE Columbus represented tenants in seven transactions, landlords in 11 and both tenants and landlords in three.

When it comes to market share, CBRE Columbus was involved in 60 percent of the largest transactions, more than all other Columbus brokerages combined for the third consecutive year.

These transactions represented about 772,629 square feet of leased office space.
