Milwaukee’s RFP Commercial recently closed several transactions in Wisconsin.
Turning Point Endeavors, doing business as Toppers, leased 1,800 square feet of retail space in Sheboygan, Wis., from John Sauermilch, Jr. Revocable Trust. Brett Deter from RFP represented the landlord in the transaction.
Gonzalez, Saggio & Harlan LLP leased 18,732 square feet of office space in Milwaukee from BREOF BNK Midwest LLC. Ned Purtell, Bob Flood and Patti Stevens, all from RFP, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Berghoff World Wide leased 2,095 square feet of space in Brookfield, Wis., from 295 Regency Court LLC. Stevens represented the tenant in this deal.
