CBRE signs exlusive listing agreement to sell Indiana industrial facility

Mack Packaging of Chicago recently signed an exclusive listing agreement with CBRE | Bradley to sell or lease the property the company owns at 55740 Currant Road in Mishawaka, Ind.
William Frasch, SIOR, senior associate broker, is serving as the agent representing Mack Packaging.
The 282,275-square-foot property is occupied by Better World Books as a tenant, and is located on 21.3 acres of land.
