Omaha’s World Group closes purchase of multi-family complex in Texas

Omaha-based World Group Commercial Real Estate and Seldin Company recently purhcased Westhaven, a 110-unit multi-family complex in Beaumont, Texas.
The Chicago-based buyer, SMV Westhaven LP, is a partner of the Seldin Company. The purchase price for this transaction was not disclosed.
Earlier this year, the same group of investors purchased Beaumont Trace Apartments, a 160-unit Class-A multi-family property located just 1.3 miles from Westhaven.
