State Farm renews and expands its lease in Duke Realty’s Executive Towers III

Duke Realty Corporation’s Chicago office has announced that State Farm will now occupy 69 percent of its nine-story office building located at 1400 Opus Place in Downers Grove, Ill. The auto and home insurer renewed its 71,876-square-foot lease and is expanding into another 82,017 square feet in the Executive Towers III office building. With its new lease, State Farm will occupy 153,893 square feet.

Aasif Bade of Ambrose Property Group in Indianapolis represented State Farm in the transaction, while Josh Robbins, senior leasing representative in Duke Realty’s Chicago office, represented the landlord.

Executive Towers III is one of a three Class A buildings in Duke Realty’s 650,000-square foot office campus located just west of I-299 at I-355 and I-88 with direct access to I-88 going west. The three buildings are immediately adjacent to a Marriott Suites Hotel which offers conference and health facilities.
