Fort Wayne, Ind.-based The Zacher Company/CORFAC International recently helped close the sale of a key 32,000-square-foot building in Fort Wayne.
G&L Development, LLC, recently purchased the 32,315-square-foot Keystone School building in Fort Wayne from seller Keystone Holdings, LLC.
Brian Bean, Joy Neuenschwander and Alfred Zacher of the Zacher Company/CORFAC International, represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
