Kiser Group completes three multifamily sales

The Kiser Group has recently closed three multifamily transactions in the Chicago area, totalling more than $13 million.
5050 N. Sheridan, located in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago’s North Side, was purchased for $10,500,000 on May 20, 2011. This twelve-story, mixed-use apartment building was made up of 77 Studios, 88 1-Bedroom/1-Bath and 5 Retail spaces. The seller of the property was previously the lender who recently completed a foreclosure on the property. Lee Kiser of Kiser Group represented the list-side of the transaction and Brian Semel of Kiser Group was the buy-side agent.
900 Reba in Evanston, Ill. was purchased for $2,850,000 in May 2011. This apartment building was made up of (11) 1-Bedroom/2-Bath and (11) 2-Bedroom/1-Bath totaling 22 units. Bill Baumann and Lee Kiser of Kiser Group represented the list and buy-side of the transaction.
3428 S. King Drive, located in the Bronzeville neighborhood on Chicago’s South Side, was purchased for $225,000. This mixed-use limestone building consists of 7 Units made up of (4) 3-Bedroom/1Bath and (3) Retail Spaces. Brad Feldman of Kiser Group represented the buy and list-side of the transaction.
