Grubb & Ellis helps close sale of Hummer dealership in Ohio

Grubb & Ellis Company in late May helped close the sale of a Hummer dealership in Beachwood, Ohio.
M4 Realty, LLC purchased the former dealership for $4.1 million from Central Hummer East Limited. Terry Coyne, of Grubb & Ellis Company, represented the buyer. Greg West, of Ostendorf Morris, represented the seller.
Coyne is executive vice president at Grubb & Ellis’ Cleveland office. He represents more than 65 properties in six counties.
