Jones Lang LaSalle nabs City Center at Penn office agreement in Indiana

Jones Lang LaSalle in early May became the exclusive leasing agent for City Center at Penn, a 136,728-square-foot Class-A office building in Carmel, Ind.

The Indianapolis leasing office of Jones Lang LaSalle now markets a portfolio of more than 4 million square feet, including the 1.1-million-square-foot Chase Tower, the city’s tallest building.

John Robinson and Adam Broderick will lead the City Center at Penn leasing team.
