Mid-America brings Five Guys burger chain to Michigan shopping center

A new Five Guys Burgers and Fries restaurant will soon be coming to Eastpointe, Mich., thanks to the efforts of Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan.
West Bloomfield, Mich.-based Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. recently closed a 3,504-square-foot lease at the East Brooke Commons shopping center in Eastpointe, Mich.
Gabe Schuchman and Adam Goodman of Mid-America represented the landlord, East Brooke Commons Limited Partnership. The new tenant is Five Guys Burgers and Fries.
East Brooke Commons is anchored by Petco, Fitness19, Play it Again sports and other national tenants.
