ARCO/Murray completes three build-out projects

Oakbrook Terrace-based ARCO/Murray National Construction Company Inc. has completed three separate build-out projects in the Chicago area.

  • a 5,500-square-foot office buildout for Protection One in Romeoville, Ill. The project served as a relocation of the corporate headquarters for Protection One and included upgraded wood, tile, and glass finishes throughout. Pat Aylward served as lead project manager and Mark Barbato from Nicolson, Porter, & List acted as landlord representation.
  • a 2,000-square-foot office expansion and a 4,000-square-foot office remodel for The Kellogg Company in Aurora, Ill. The project was completed in occupied office space and included upgrading existing finishes in common areas such as Break Rooms and Bathrooms. Pat Aylward served as lead project manager and Joe Pomerenke as Business Development for ARCO/Murray.
  • The firm has completed warehouse improvements for CB Richard Ellis at 11050 and 11130 King Street in Franklin Park, Ill. on behalf of CB Richard Ellis.  Warehouse lighting replacement with T-5 high efficiency fixtures as well as warehouse painting was completed. Christian Evangelista was the project executive and lead Project Manager.
