NAI Isaac brings bank to retail center in Kentucky

Lexington, Ken.-based NAI Isaac recently secured the first location for Forcht Bank at the Richmond Centre retail center in Madison County,Ken.
Forcht Bank has purchased a 1.75-acre lot with construction set to begin this spring. The more-than-2,000-square-foot financial institution is slated to open in the summer.
Forcht Bank is among the top 10 largest bank groups headquartered in Kentucky, with more than $1 billion in assets and 36 banking centers in 11 counties across the commonwealth.
Paul Ray Smith, executive vice president, and Jim Kemper, vice president of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, exclusively represented the seller.
